Moreover, they might have more side effects than benefits, and it is also important to understand that different women will experience different results after using them. However, one thing is for sure, if your nipple is placed much lower compared to the inframammary fold and facing down, there is nothing that can be done to correct this, aside from a plastic surgery that will eliminate the excess skin and re-center the mammary gland.
Now, let’s have a look at what massages can do for your breasts. When performed using a correct technique, massages are good for your breasts and will allow you to self-examine your breasts regularly, which is always recommended. When getting regular massages, the skin on your breasts might get more hydrated and moisturized and as a result look better. But if your breast ptosis is severe, there is nothing that massages can do to eliminate all that surplus of skin.
There are also special diets recommended for perky breasts. Most of the things we have seen are not bad recommendations. Usually, it’s olive oil, dill, different seeds and nuts, fruits and vegetables; all in all, good for your health. However, it is unwise to expect your breasts to elevate themselves on the chest wall just because you had some salmon with dill sauce for lunch.
