Meet Dr. Cortés

About Me

Dr. Wilberto G. Cortés is the name when it comes to Wonder breast lift surgery.
Dr. Cortés’ breakthrough study became the talk of the town in the plastic surgery world and was presented at many of America’s esteemed plastic surgery gatherings and conferences. His extensive work focused on determining the factors responsible for aging and its effects on human body aesthetics. He successfully mastered the anatomy of the human body, selecting and performing the right and suitable procedures to address the effects of the aging process on the aesthetic features of the body.
Dr. Cortés has an eye for detail and possesses high-level surgical skills, besides having a great sense of aesthetics of the human body and the artistry to beautifully sculpt the body into the desired shape. He has a positive attitude and extensive experience in most modern and effective plastic surgery procedures. He is always focused on identifying the specific cause of aesthetic flaws in each patient and recommends suitable plastic surgery procedures on the basis of the diagnosis. The provision of unmatched, individual patient care is also his top priority. Combining all of these values, the patient can get an aesthetically transformed and alluring body that she has always dreamt of.
The Wonder breast lift is a signature procedure developed by Dr. Cortes. It is a modern and extremely effective procedure that uses unique and effective techniques to treat saggy breasts and restore firmer, shapelier, and youthful breasts. The Wonder breast lift is different from the standard or traditional breast lift as the latter only lifts the breasts and uses the skin to provide support. Because the skin is thin and weak, it will ultimately fail, leading to bottoming out of the tissues. The Wonder breast lift is a total breast lift and reconstruction that uses the different components of the breast and surrounding anatomy like the chest muscle to support the breast. The best thing about the Wonder breast lift is that its results are highly sustainable and long-term. This isn’t the case with the traditional breast lift.
The look achieved with Dr. Cortes’ Wonder breast lift are achievable without implants and has minimal scarring on the breasts. It offers you the most holistic aesthetic improvements your breasts might need. The procedure also involves rejuvenating the ligaments in the breasts, in addition to supporting the breast with the pectoral muscle. As a result, the breast tissues get rearranged, which enhances the support for your breasts.

The Wonder breast lift enhances and restores your youthful breasts by using your own breast tissue to raise your breasts and make them look fuller. It does not involve the use of implants but still provides you with bigger, firmer, and fuller breasts. During the procedure, the breasts’ natural anatomy and position are restored, which means the breasts will not age quickly. The results will remain with you for many years and you would not need any touch-up procedures.
Because the inverted T scar fails to deliver satisfactory outcomes, the Wonder breast lift uses an L shape scar. The incision will go through vertically down and to the side. As a result, the scar will be minimal and perfectly camouflaged. The procedure also involves reorganizing your nipples and areolas. The low-lying areas of the breasts that have become saggy will also be tightened. After the procedure, the upper areas of your breasts will appear fuller.
In order to make the results last for longer, Dr. Cortes uses the pectoral muscle to provide support to the loose tissue that has just been rearranged. Also, the rearranged nipples and areolas will be provided ligament support, in addition to suture support. This will also prevent any possible case of spinning or bottoming out. The volume of excess skin will be assessed, and some portion of it will be used as the ligament to deliver sustenance to the newly contoured breasts. The remaining skin will be removed and the incisions will then be sutured and closed.
It’s time you finally decide to fulfill your dreams for an aesthetically pleasant and beautiful body.
